Bio-Scene Solutions Inc. is paid for by the home owner, or by the property insurance carrier. Our experienced agents will work with you to facilitate, and expedite the process. How much does the clean up cost?

Bio-Scene Solutions operates on an hourly compensation rate. Rates vary, and each job is different. Call us for a free estimate. What is our response time?

Bio-Scene Solutions will respond to your call within two hours. Our operations will commence almost immediately afterward. What will my neighbors see?

Bio-Scene Solutions Inc. uses unmarked vehicles and equipment. This will prevent undue exposure for you and your family. What about personal possessions?

Your peace of mind is our primary concern. We treat your things as if they were our own. We will not dispose of contaminated personal articles until we have consulted with you. We will make every effort to return your items to a usable condition. What does the cleaning process involve?

We will completely sanitize, disinfect and deodorize the affected areas. Sometimes this requires the removal of furniture, flooring, walls or wall coverings, and structural members. We will work with you to find a contractor to have your property restored quickly and efficiently. Can't I just hire a cleaning contractor?

Regular cleaners will not expose themselves to biological and pathological hazards, because they don't have the experience, or equipment to do so. In addition, Federal Regulations prohibit untrained individuals from working in hazardous atmospheres and/or with infectious waste products. All of our employees are trained and certified to the latest Federal requirements.
